It is astonishing that many companies today persist in the belief that the services and products they offer can easily be sold in different markets. At the same time, they are convinced that their own services are basically identical for the different markets.
Mostly the same services, identical functionality and design are offered with hardly differing added value arguments.
Unfortunately, this is not true, apart from a few exceptional cases. The customer expects a clearly tailored service offering that addresses his needs and solves his problems, therefore a focus on the respective market and target customer is urgently required.
