Verticalization is the key element

It is astonishing that many companies today persist in the belief that the services and products they offer can easily be sold in different markets. At the same time, they are convinced that their own services are basically identical for the different markets.

Mostly the same services, identical functionality and design are offered with hardly differing added value arguments.

Unfortunately, this is not true, apart from a few exceptional cases. The customer expects a clearly tailored service offering that addresses his needs and solves his problems, therefore a focus on the respective market and target customer is urgently required.

  • Need and brand specific components are essential for sales success
  • Each market has specific challenges that should be addressed in the solution offering
  • Mostly brand specific references are requested by customers to underline the fit of the solution
  • Often there are regulatory or compliance requirements without which a solution offering will not be accepted
  • Local market alignment is critical, as different countries require different offerings
  • Effective design of a market-focused service or product offering requires local specialists to translate it into the customer's requirements
